A Moment In Time
Wedding & Event Production

"We feel you should be holding a bouquet on
your wedding day, NOT a 'To Do' List!"

The Big Event
So, your big day is approaching and you've probably been planning this day in your mind since you were very young.  Everything should be perfect, every detail attended to and every moment precisely executed.  You will spend time planning, perfecting and dreaming up all of the components of this special day and we want to help.   No one should take on all of the details or all of the stress that goes into planning a wedding on their own, a special event requires special assistance.  That is where we come in and take that potential stress and worry away.  We want to worry about the details- big and small - so let us.  After all, "you should be holding a bouquet on your big day, not a 'To Do' list!"

Did You Know?
Did you know it takes about 250 hours or 6 working weeks to plan a wedding? Most people don't have the time or the desire to plan an event as big as a wedding on their own. Even if you do have the time and the desire to go-it-alone, what will you do on the "day of" to pull all the details and planning together?  You certainly can't direct the show, you'll be the star of the show!  So let us handle the "backstage" work and keep you enjoying your time in the spotlight.

Our Mission
Our business is events our specialty is weddings, and no matter what the event we make it our biggest priority to provide you with attentive, personal service that surpasses all the rest.  We'll take the time and make the effort to sit with you, talk with you and tailor an event production plan that fits your needs, your style and your budget. And when it comes time, we'll follow through with that plan and give you the event you've always dreamed of.  That's our promise.

My goal as the owner of A Moment In Time is to provide the ultimate level of service to my clients while making the planning process fun and enjoyable.  No matter what the vision, venue or budget is- my job is to help you reflect the style and sentiment of your day and help you have a good time while doing it.
My clients have described me as being very organized and on-task but in the same breath they'll usually also remark on my not being what they expected. That I don't fit the stereotypical, high-strung mold that seems to come with the job title. I suppose that's because I truly love what I do and I hope it shows.  But also because I always try to maintain just the right mix of professionalism and expertise, while doing my best to be supportive, flexible and up-beat.
Lastly, it's important to me that my clients feel comfortable, nurtured and relaxed.  It's my job to guide and take the worries and concerns away, not dictate or control things.  I want couples to know that they set the tone, it's their day.  I'm just there to make sure it's perfect.
