Simply Set-Up            (Price Range $350-$450)

The “Simply Set-Up” package is a new package offered to couples who are looking for the most basic of help on their wedding day, who've done all of the planning and just need to bring all of the elements together on the actual wedding day.  This affordable package provides limited assistance with pre-planning and a ton of assistance on the big day.  You're able to utilize our professional event staff to execute the set up of all of your décor elements, favors, place cards and special touches from A to Z. "Simply Set-Up" IS A GREAT PACKAGE FOR COUPLES WHO THOUGHT THEY COULDN’T AFFORD THE HELP OF A COORDINATOR.

  • 1 Consultation before the wedding day to discuss the set up of your day in detail.
  • Compilation of your Event Itinerary and Timeline.
  • Event set up suggestions and consulting via email and phone- Unlimited.
  • Etiquette and advice consultations via phone and email- Unlimited.
  • Access to all of our organizational lists and documents that will help streamline your day.
  • Set-up & coordination of your center-pieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other decor elements at your reception & other elements at your ceremony as well.

Wedding Day event production          (Price Range $500-$650)

The "Wedding Day" Package is perfect for the couple who has done all of the hard work, logged all of the hours and spent many a day and night planning their wedding.  This package provides dependable and professional assistance and will insure that all of the elements of your ceremony and reception are spectacular. 

  • Compilation of vendor list which will include ALL vendor and site contact information to be used on your wedding day to coordinate arrivals and insure your vendors are where they need to be and on time.
  • Coordination and contact with all vendors prior to the event to insure they are aware of the schedule and are familiar with our staff as “day of” contacts.
  • Compilation & distribution of "Wedding Day Itinerary" and schedules to vendors, family, wedding party etc.
  • Attendance at your rehearsal and coordination of all elements of your ceremony.
  • Coordination of flowers, decor, wedding party and ushering at your ceremony.  Includes clean-up after ceremony.
  • Coordination of any and all vendors, florists and on-site tasks at your reception.   Includes distribution of final payments to be made on the day of.
  • Set-up & Coordination of center-pieces, place cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes and any other specialty items at your reception. 
  • Detailed, organized and professional execution of every element of your event.
  • Attendance during your reception as your personal Event Producers and reception site contact to insure the event runs with ease and on schedule.
  • Clean-up and retrieval of keep-sake items and personal belongings after reception. (Upon Request).
  • A MOMENT IN TIME will also have the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” on hand at both your ceremony and your reception.  A Priceless commodity to every bride, groom, mother of the bride, Bridesmaid etc.

Premium Wedding Day event Production  (Price Range $800-$1200)

The "Premium-Day Of" package is a great option for couples looking to get ALL of the benefits from our more basic packages as well as some of the premium benefits from our full service packages.

ˇ      Artistry & design consultations to help you create an event that is stylish, cohesive, integrated and fabulous!

ˇ      Budget Development and consultations.

ˇ      Unlimited contact during the planning months via phone & email.  Plus 3 “in person” consultations through-out the planning process.

ˇ      Coordination of all of the events during your “wedding weekend". Ie: distribution of hotel gift bags, coordination of hotel information, morning after brunch etc.

ˇ      Limited Vendor Referrals.

ˇ      Etiquette advice & consultations on execution of your wedding day.

ˇ      Assistance with the assembly of Invitations, favors, place-cards, seating charts and other organizational needs.

All Inclusive event production    (Price Range $1800-$2600)

The "All Inclusive" package is for the bride & groom looking for a support system during their planning that will be there every step of the way- that will take care of all of the details, do all of the leg-work, worrying and tedious work.  This package is perfect for the couple who want to be a part of the process but have decided to delegate all of the responsibilities and stress that goes into planning an event as important as a wedding to professionals who advise, organize, research, bargain-hunt, coordinate, communicate & plan for a living.

  • This package includes ALL of the additional services that are included in our “Day of” & “Day of Premium” Packages. Consists of all production, set-up and vendor coordination etc. on your wedding day.
  • Unlimited support, advisement and consultations throughout the planning process- in person or via phone or email.
  • We will attend any and all appointments and consultations with various vendors.  Including but not limited to- dress fittings, caterer appointments & menu tasting, reception site meetings, rental companies, cake consultations, florists etc.
  • We will keep you within the set budget and stay on top of the various monetary elements that pertain to your wedding.
  • We provide full use of our knowledge of local vendors, price points, and recommendations.  Unlimited Vendor referrals.  Includes negotiation of packages & pricing as well as discounts from our preferred vendors.
  • We will coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with vendors and sites.
  • We will review all vendor contracts and agreements.
  • We will create an informational letter for all of the members of your wedding party & family who are involved in the wedding and keep them up to speed with wedding info.
  • We will provide guidance, advice and assistance with various components that contribute to the success of your event.  We will be of use to you and at your assistance as much or as little as you’d like.  You set the tone.
  • We will be the vendor contact and field all inquiries and calls pertaining to their role in the wedding celebration through-out the planning process. 
  • We will not take over the design of the event but will provide design direction and advice with your vision in mind.
  • We will coordinate and carry out that vision and insure that all of your floral and design elements are as you wish on the wedding day.
  • We will provide organized & professional execution of every detail and element of your event.
  • We will generally act as your personal assistant through out your wedding planning and provide an unparalleled level of professionalism and support to you and your family during the event production process.
