Do I really need an Event Planner for my big day?

That all depends. If you're like most people your days are busy, your weekends are busier and you're living a fairly hectic lifestyle.  A professional event coordinator/producer makes the planning and organizing of your wedding easier.  You'll be putting a lot of hopes and expectations into your big day and a lot of money into each detail.  At  A Moment In Time we make sure that every detail isn't left to chance.  We make it happen the way you dreamed it would.

What if the Ceremony Site and Reception site already have on-site coordinators?

These on-site coordinators can indeed help with specific things that pertain to their individual sites.  They are great to have, there is no mistaking that.  However, they're only responsible for a tiny fraction of what goes on during your event.  Will they set your arrangements up?  Fix a lipstick stain on your dress?  Have back up cuff-links for one of your groomsmen?  Set your favors and place cards out as you want them?  What if the flowers or cake don't arrive on time, who will help?  We will.  And being able to safely say that you've got "all your bases covered" will give you such a sense of peace.  You'll feel supported and organized and you'll sleep better knowing that you've hired an event coordinator that will be there on your big day to give you all the support you need and attend to all of the details, big and small.
